Edge Steakhouse, the newest fine dining concept by Westgate Resorts located at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa, has been awarded the “Best Steakhouse” by the Utah’s Best of State Premier Recognition and Awards Program. To complement this award, Edge Steakhouse’s Chef de Cuisine Nick Lee was recognized as the “Best Chef in a Fine Dining Establishment”. Nominees are judged by expert leaders in the industry and base their criteria on overall excellence, superiority and quality of products, services or performances, paying special attention to the creative approach and the accomplishments of improving the quality of life in the community and the state of Utah.
